Radio Monte-Carlo broadcasts in France, Italy, Monaco, Switzerland, Russia, Georgia, and in some Near East countries in native languages.
Through its half century history Radio Monte-Carlo has been acknowledged as a station for people of refined taste,who like to be in touch with the latest trends in music and show business. In CIS countries Radio Monte Carlo is well known by senior people. It started broadcasting in Russia on 14 February 2000.
Today’s Moscow rotation consists of the best slower-paced Western hits of the last few decades (80% - music of previous decades, 20% - contemporary music).
Dance music makes up no more than 3-5% of air time. There is no Russian music on Radio Monte-Carlo.
